About Me.
Hello, My name is Jake and I am a School IT and Media Technician based in North Yorkshire.
In my Spare time I run several small businesses, These include Think Tech Solutions, which specialises in providing Technical Support for Individuals and Small Businesses. JS Digital, which provides websites for Small Businesses and Schools and JSDJ, Which provides DJ services throughout North Yorkshire.
I now also have a website, Jake Sweeney Photography, Where I post some of the photos I have taken as part of my hobby in photography.

Throughout my studying for my CompTIA A+ qualification, I gained valuable skills and knowledge surrounding the fundamentals of working in the IT Industry. These skills included Communication, Technical Support, Ticket Management, Problem Solving, 2nd Line IT Support, Computer Hardware and Repair and Troubleshooting of Networks & Computers
In this Google IT Support qualification, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in various areas of IT support. I learned about the fundamentals of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and security. This included understanding hardware components, troubleshooting common issues, and effectively managing software and system configurations.
